1. A lockable dressing room for five, with hot running water, soap, mirrors for five people to make-up, and access to a lavatory. (We have to warm-up vocally as part of our preparation, so we need to change somewhere that noise won't matter.)
2. Access to the dressing room one and a half hours before our first appearance. (We need half an hour to look at the performance areas, and an hour to dress, make-up and warm-up.)
3. We cannot perform outdoors in wet weather, so please indicate where you would like us to perform undercover if the weather is inclement.
4. We perform for up to two hours between noon and five (unless otherwise agreed,) and obviously need to take occasional tea-breaks during that time. Please indicate what times you would like us to perform and where we can get access to a cuppa!
5. We can perform in any one location for up to forty minutes, but we are often at our best giving impromptu performances all around the event or venue. If you would like us to perform at a specific site (eg stage, marquee or set location), please indicate the times of performance, length of performance and location of performance.
6. It would be really useful to have a rough map of the areas for performance so that we can locate them easily before we start.
7. We are an acoustic band and need no amplification or PA. It is also very much appreciated if we do not have to compete with other loud PA systems, although we are always willing to join-in with other musicians, radio stations etc.
8. "Bottling" is an integral part of the act, and we will usually pass a bag round the audience for collection.
